Budu(malay word)-a delicious Fish Sauce

Budu well know as sauce that made from fish and well known to as fermented seafood products at KELANTAN,MALAYSIA and also at Southern of THAILAND. How budu been make?. BUDU made by mixing fish and salt in the range of ratio of 2:1 to 6:1 and allow to ferment for 140 to 200 days. It is used as a flavoring and is normally taken with fish ("ikan bakar"), rice and raw vegetables(pucuk tere,ulam).

Most popular for my opinion: sotong(malay language)=squid(english)

Most marketable and have a good marketing: Ketereh (Malay Kelantanese dialect language or Gajus in formal malay language)=chestnut.
